What are the steps after we fill out the form?
Your email will be replied to as soon as possible with as much information as i can give you about your enquiry. The more info you can give me the better!
We don't have a set date yet, can we still message you?
For rough quote estimations and to see if dates are available, absolutely!
Are the travel fees included in your packages?
Yes, I automatically add travel fees into my final quote, there will be no suprises!
Do you travel?
Within reason, absolutely!
Do you hire second shooters?
I do! I love having a second shoot with me, especially on big jobs, to share the workload. The second shooter must have her or his own camera and have access to photo editing programs (i.e - Lightroom, Photoshop). I am more than happy to teach as we go, but you do need to have a basic level of camera and post production knowledge and bring a happy attitude.
I've never had a photoshoot done before, help!
SO MANY PEOPLE HAVEN'T AND IT'S TOTALLY OK! I'll be there to guide you with poses, make sure you have enough time to warm up to the camera and offer helpful hints and tricks for best angles. Prior to your shoot feel free to message me with any questions, I want you to have the very best experience.
Can I get my RAW images back?
I do not offer back RAW images
I want my business/personal photos to remain private, will they be shared publicly?
While I do use my photos for advertising and social media, I am aware a lot of clients need their photos for their own galleries and marketing, as well as just to have photos for them. Upon booking in your shoot let me know if you would like a private gallery, your photos will be seen by your eyes only. * note * I only publicly share certain client galleries, which is why you won't find many on my client page.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, a 20% non-refundable deposit off the total price is taken on every booking from JAN 01/01/22. This is to cover myself in case of no shows and to book out the day or time slot requested
